Laptops are slowly or if not already part of necessities for schools (college). Some students prefer writing their notes on their computers. They don’t come to the classroom with their notebook, instead they come with their laptop computer. A laptop is needed to aid the student to be able to do her school work. Without a laptop, a student would likely have to use the computers in the school’s library or labs. This would not make the work not to get done as fast as it would have been done with your laptop. I am saying this because it would be convenient if you could do your assignments at your own pace, rather than at the time between when the library is open.

To choose the best laptop for yourself, you need to know what you need. There are many laptops and they have different qualities. But when you are choosing a laptop, you should have these in mind
1. Price of Laptop: This is what a college student should consider first. This is because it is regarded that most college students don’t have money.
2. Size of Laptop: Laptops have different sizes. Some laptops are 12″, 15″. Some are also less than 12″, between 12″ – 15″. The size of laptops depend on what you want i.e. what you can fit in your backpack.
3. The Amount of RAM: Always go for the computer that has the largest amount of RAM (If you don’t know and you are on the internet, you can look at different ones for the amount of RAM they have; If you are in a store, ask the sale associate). The RAM value is always increasing. The bigger the RAM value, the faster your computer would be.
If you are choose design as a requirement, I would recommend you to get Mac by Apple. The Mac is a well designed and fanciable laptop. But the Mac is a pricey. They all cost more than $1000 (at the time of this post). If you still want to customize it, you can go for the less expensive and buy accessories such as colorful skin, that you can attach to it.
